Are the watches authentic?

Every branded watch offered for sale by Sekund.Store is represented as authentic. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or replica watches. Sekund.Store is an independent reseller and is not an authorised dealer, partner or representative of the watch brands shown on this website. If you have an authenticity concern, contact us and we will investigate it promptly.

Are the watches tested before shipping?

Every watch is inspected and its working status is stated on the product page. Working watches are checked before dispatch. A non-working watch is offered only when it is clearly marked as a repair or restoration object. For vintage and pre-owned watches, service history, modern timekeeping accuracy and current water resistance are guaranteed only when specifically stated on the product page.

Where do you ship?

Orders are currently accepted for delivery to addresses in Sweden only.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within Sweden is normally estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information is provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return my order?

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is normally responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
