14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the final item in the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email info@sekund.store within the 14-day period. Include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us, you must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You may inspect and handle the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
The product should be returned securely packaged and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging, accessories, certificates and other items included with the order.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Do not send a return before contacting us. Returns sent without sufficient information may take longer to process.
RETURN SHIPPING
For a standard withdrawal or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct return-shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.
If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrectly described or not the product ordered, Sekund.Store will pay the reasonable return-shipping cost.

REFUNDS
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned product, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is expressly agreed.
We will process the refund without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
After Shopify processes the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact info@sekund.store promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly described or if you receive the wrong item.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Your statutory rights concerning defective goods are separate from and are not limited by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
PRE-OWNED AND VINTAGE WATCHES
Many products sold by Sekund.Store are pre-owned or vintage. Normal age-related wear, patina and characteristics clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs are not considered defects.
This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description, is damaged during delivery or does not meet applicable legal requirements.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made or substantially customized to your specifications, or to other products excluded under applicable consumer law.
An exception will only be applied when legally permitted and when the relevant limitation was clearly disclosed before purchase.
Sale or discounted products retain the same statutory consumer rights unless a lawful exception applies.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer automatic direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as quickly as possible if you want to cancel an order before shipment. We will try to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
If the order has already been shipped, you may use your applicable right of withdrawal after receiving it.
