  1. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service apply when you visit https://sekund.store, use our services or purchase products from Sekund.Store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted to consumers under Swedish or European Union law.

  1. PRODUCTS

Sekund.Store sells watches, including pre-owned and vintage watches.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately and provide clear photographs. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings or device type.

Pre-owned and vintage watches may show normal signs of age, previous use, wear, patina or servicing. Known material characteristics and defects will be disclosed in the product description or photographs where reasonably possible.

Accessories, boxes, documents, service history and warranties are included only when specifically stated in the product listing.

Products are subject to availability. Many watches are unique or available as a single unit.

  1. PRICES AND VAT

Prices displayed to consumers include applicable Swedish VAT where required by law, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs and other applicable charges are displayed before payment is completed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you to offer the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received the order. A binding purchase agreement is formed when Sekund.Store accepts the order, normally when processing or shipment is confirmed.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect information, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded through the original payment method.

  1. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided by Shopify or independent payment providers.

Payment details are processed securely by the relevant provider. Sekund.Store does not receive or store complete payment-card information.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Additional terms from a payment provider do not remove your mandatory consumer rights against Sekund.Store.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the address submitted during checkout. You are responsible for checking that the delivery information is complete and accurate.

Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods and costs are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Sekund.Store remains responsible for the product until it is delivered to you or to a person designated by you, except where you independently arranged a carrier that was not offered by Sekund.Store.

Contact info@sekund.store if a parcel is delayed, lost or appears damaged when delivered.

  1. RETURNS AND THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.

The 14-day period normally begins when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the final item in the order.

To exercise this right, contact info@sekund.store within 14 days and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

For a standard withdrawal or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return-shipping cost.

If a product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrectly described or not the product ordered, Sekund.Store will pay the reasonable return-shipping cost.

  1. REFUNDS

For an applicable withdrawal, we will refund payments received for the returned product, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Refunds are made through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

  1. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Contact info@sekund.store promptly if a product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrectly described or if you receive the wrong product.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

Normal wear, patina or characteristics of a pre-owned or vintage product that were clearly disclosed before purchase are not considered defects.

Your statutory rights concerning defective goods are separate from and are not limited by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

  1. WATCH CARE

Vintage and pre-owned watches may have different accuracy, water-resistance, durability and service requirements from newly manufactured watches.

A historical water-resistance marking does not guarantee current water resistance unless current testing or a specific guarantee is expressly stated in the product description.

Sekund.Store is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper storage or exposure to water beyond a confirmed rating. This does not limit responsibility for an original defect or any mandatory consumer right.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact info@sekund.store as quickly as possible if you want to cancel an order before shipment.

We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

If the order has already shipped, you may exercise an applicable right of withdrawal after receiving it.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s original text, photographs, graphics, branding and design are owned by or licensed to Sekund.Store unless otherwise stated.

Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies and describes products and does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Website content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, submit false information, interfere with the website’s operation, introduce malicious code, infringe another person’s rights or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, Shopify or website security.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store is hosted by Shopify. Payments, shipping, analytics and other functions may be supplied by independent providers.

Third-party providers may have separate terms and privacy notices. Sekund.Store remains responsible for its obligations to customers under the purchase agreement and applicable consumer law.

  1. PRIVACY

Personal information is processed under our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.

  1. LIABILITY

Sekund.Store does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for indirect business losses suffered by a consumer purchasing primarily for personal use.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, but we will provide any remedy required by mandatory law.

These Terms and purchase agreements with Sekund.Store are governed by Swedish law.

A consumer living in another country retains mandatory consumer protection granted by the laws applicable in their country of residence.

A dispute may be considered by a competent Swedish court or another court with jurisdiction under mandatory consumer-protection rules.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes.

The version applicable to an order is normally the version available when the order was placed.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
