Sekund.store sells both pre-owned and new watches and related accessories. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, photographs, prices, and specifications are accurate. Because many of our products are pre-owned or vintage, minor signs of wear may be present. Any significant defects will be clearly described in the product listing.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:
● Pricing errors
● Suspected fraud
● Product unavailability
● Incorrect product information
If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
6. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. Sekund.store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information.
7. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or if the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
8. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
You generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period and return the item in accordance with our instructions.
However, this right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases, including:

● Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
● Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
For pre-owned or vintage items, normal inspection is permitted, but excessive use may reduce the value of the item and result in a partial refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
9. Authenticity
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all watches sold by Sekund.store are represented as authentic. If an item is ever found not to be authentic, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
10. Warranty
Any warranty offered by Sekund.store applies only if explicitly stated on the product page or accompanying documentation. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage (unless specifically covered), unauthorized repairs, batteries, and straps are not covered unless stated otherwise.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, product images, and branding, is the property of Sekund.store or is used with appropriate permission. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sekund.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any purchased products.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
