These Terms of Service govern use of sekund.store and purchases from Sekund.Store.

Business details

Sekund.Store is operated by Erjon Balliu, a sole trader in Sweden.

Products and condition

Sekund.Store sells carefully selected pre-owned, vintage and occasional unworn watches and related products. Each item is individually photographed. The product page describes the item's working status, known condition, included accessories and available service history. Normal age-related wear and patina may be present.

A non-working watch may be offered as a repair or restoration object only when that status is clearly stated on the product page. Customers should review the complete description and all photographs before ordering.

Authenticity and brand independence

Every branded watch offered for sale by Sekund.Store is represented as authentic. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or replica watches. Sekund.Store is an independent reseller and is not an authorised dealer, partner or representative of the watch brands shown on the website. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine pre-owned products offered for sale.

If an authenticity concern is raised, we will investigate it promptly and provide the remedies required by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Orders, prices and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. The product price, available payment methods, shipping cost and full order total are shown at checkout before payment. We may cancel an order because of product unavailability, a clear pricing or product-information error, or suspected fraud. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Shipping

Orders are currently accepted for delivery to addresses in Sweden only. Processing times, estimated delivery times and shipping information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may vary because of the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and consumer rights

Eligible orders may be returned within 14 days after receipt. The process, item-condition requirements, return costs and refund timing are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available under Swedish or European Union consumer law.

Warranty and product expectations

Any commercial warranty applies only when it is specifically stated on the product page or accompanying documentation. Unless specifically stated, current water resistance, modern timekeeping accuracy and service history are not guaranteed for vintage or pre-owned watches. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

Store content, original product photographs, graphics and Sekund.Store branding may not be copied or distributed without permission, except where applicable law permits. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Sekund.Store is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website or a product.

Privacy and changes

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website; changes do not reduce rights already attached to a completed order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
